1Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Creovix you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You must verify your email address when we ask you to.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password and codes private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- One person should hold one account unless we agree otherwise.
3Account types
When you register you choose a path: Explorer for people who are new and learning, Promoter for people who promote products for commission, or Maker for creators who list and sell their own products. Features available to you depend on your account type.
4Account validity and activation
Registration is free, but a free account is limited to a set activation period. When that period ends, your account will ask you to reactivate it to keep using it. We will remind you by email before it expires. The period and any reactivation terms are shown in your dashboard and may be updated with notice.
5Selling as a Maker
- You must own, or have the right to sell, everything you list.
- You set your price and the commission you offer affiliates. Once a sale happens, the commission is owed.
- Your products must be lawful, accurately described and delivered as promised.
- You are responsible for support, quality and any refunds you owe your buyers.
6Promoting as an affiliate
- Promote honestly. Do not make false claims about a product or its results.
- No spam, no fake accounts, no self-purchases made only to earn commission and no misleading use of another brand.
- Commission is earned only on valid, completed sales that are not refunded or reversed.
7Payments, commissions and payouts
- Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways, and their terms also apply.
- Commissions are credited to your dashboard when a sale is confirmed. Payouts are made in the currencies we support.
- Fees, minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may apply and will be shown before you confirm.
- If a sale is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may reverse the related commission, including from your balance.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.
8Bonuses
We may offer a welcome bonus or a daily login bonus. These are promotional, can be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time and may have conditions. Bonuses obtained through abuse, multiple accounts or automation can be removed.
9What you must not do
- Break the law or sell illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
- Attempt to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the platform, or access other users' accounts.
- Use the platform for fraud, money laundering or financing of any crime.
- Impersonate others or misuse the Creovix name and logo.
10Intellectual property
The Creovix name, logo, design and software belong to us. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you give us permission to host, display and promote it on the platform so the service can work.
11Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using Creovix at any time. We may suspend or close an account, and hold related balances while we investigate, if we believe these terms were broken, the law requires it or the account poses a risk. Where possible we will tell you why.
12Disclaimers and liability
Creovix is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise any level of earnings, and results depend on your own effort and the market. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, notify you. Continuing to use Creovix after a change means you accept the new terms.
